"I've been a loyal State Farm customer for eight years, and initially, everything was great—no issues, and mostly friendly staff. However, this year, things have taken a turn. I'm not sure if the staff has changed, but the service has definitely become less friendly. Now, even getting a simple update on re-rates is a hassle, which has led me to seriously consider other options. It just goes to show that you can never get too comfortable; these companies often don’t value customers the way they claim to."
